Not All Acts of Political Violence Directly Serve Electoral Purposes
Introduction
Radical ideology refers to the intent of a group of individuals to shift the fundamental ideas of a political system through structural change, social change, and revolution. The procedure motivates multiple acts like political violence. Recent alterations to violent individuals in America and the members of the two major political parties have led to a latent motive for violence. This situation is triggered by multiple social instances linked to various interrelated identities. The events are also caused by the need to meet partisan political purposes. Radicalization often comes with different adverse effects like loss of lives. This discussion focuses on political violence and numerous events that reveal its occurrences in America.
The U.S. is defined by a long history of political violence. Since the 1960s, it was conducted by intensely ideological individuals who pulled adherents away from the mainstream to clandestine cells like the anti-imperialist firm known as Weather Underground. These violent fringes lead to extensive violence, mainly against the property. Here, the personnel would excuse themselves with environmental, social, and animal-rights causes. In the 1970s, political violence changed with the emergence of anti-abortion, white supremacist, and militia groups. The number of violent acts reduced, but targets moved from property to individual minorities, federal agents, and abortion providers. What occurs currently does not resemble the recent past. Although these events keep increasing with time, political violence also keeps rising (Kramnick, 2019). People committing far-right violent crimes are older and more established than terrorists, who mainly comprise young and financially unstable youths.

Besides, the group further stated that Coomer committed the offense to receive a bribe from Biden. The goals of this radicalized group comprised the need to eliminate biased officials to replace them with suitable ones. Besides, the people intended to receive justice by providing the right election results that declared Donald trump as the election winner. This event led to the intimidation of various election officials, causing much suffering.
The false belief of a stolen election significantly increased motivation for political violence. Individuals who perceived the election as fraudulent were the most common organizers of armed citizen rebellion and coups. By February 2021, some Republicans justified the need to take over administrative buildings using violence to realize their political aims. This politically motivated false belief points to the function played by politicians since 2016 to fuel violence differences between left and right. As evident in Israel, domestic criminals are emboldened by perceiving politicians facilitate violence while authorities are willing to tolerate it easily. The same instance was apparent in America d...
