Most people’s behavior has changed in a way that benefits Walmart and is likely to remain changed for several reasons. Walmart is providing goods that most people need and still giving new forms of delivery, such as autonomous cars. Walmart is re-organizing and ensuring that their stores are hygienic, presentable, and inviting to boost its outward appearance. This is attracting more people to shop at their stores. Also, Walmart has sought to collaborate with a few other designer brands to improve on the value and quality of products offered. Last, Walmart is winning more people than the past because it offers its products at relatively low prices (John, 2019). All these will help to keep the impression of customers towards Walmart unchanged.
Although Walmart’s targeting ability is limited, it is making a dent in Amazon following the company is has started to test a membership program called Walmart+ publicly.
