 A. Introduction
Toxic leadership is a vile problem that not only affects the employees but the stakeholders as well and ends up negatively affecting the organization internally and even externally. They reduce the level of productivity, breakdown the morale of the workers, induce fear and stress in the employees. This is a rather slow process but one that renders the company culture and the ethical backgrounds useless against a pounding impact of the leaders. The stakeholders are constantly deceived of the accomplishments that the company is making while in reality, there are subtle issues relative to profitability and even sustainability of the business relative to a flawed model. Ethically, the toxic leaders tend to downgrade the practices at the company and more importantly destroy the company culture relative to individual and team operations. Employees are more worried about going against the toxic leader than achieving the objectives of the company and maintaining above average market standards. It is important that such practices are eradicated at the very core through organizational restructuring and reestablishment of the sustainable organizational culture relative to employee vetting.

Toxic leaders impact negatively the organizational culture, destroying the ethical backgrounds and performance internally as well as externally. 
B. Ethics and Organizational Culture
Ethics and organizational culture are at the core of the level of productivity that any organization can achieve. The ethical standards that are held at any organization have to be reflective of the organizational values relative to each and every operation; individual level or at the team level. It is crucial to note that, every single operation is guided by the ethical standards which are embedded in the organizational culture. It is the organizational culture that determines the level of application of the various ethical standards whether at the internal level or at the external level. Leaders have a very subtle part to play in establishment and maintenance of the ethical standards within the organizational culture. Toxic leadership however, is blight on these elements.
