The article is about a court dispute placed in front Amtsgericht Hannover, a Local Court in a Hanover. The debate in court is about when a cancelation of a flight should or should not be compensated. Based Article 5(3) of [Regulation No 261/2004], a canceled flight will not be compensated if the events that led to the cancellation is classified as extraordinary circumstances.
