In this paper you will explain your choice, your rationale for that choice, and how it has impacted your work performance, as well as identify motivational theories and their impact on employees.

What is more important to you: job satisfaction or organizational commitment, and why?
How has that impacted your work performance?
What motivational theory is used for performance management purposes by your organization, and what is the impact on employee morale?

Employees' level of contentment with their jobs is associated with job satisfaction. Employees feel satisfied with their jobs when they exhibit stability in their positions and experience career growth (Kengatharan, 2020). Notably, employees recording their job satisfaction levels also exhibit high productivity levels at their workplaces. These employees are focused and help their organizations to achieve their business and financial objectives smoothly. On the other hand, organizational commitment deals with the bond between an employee and the organization based on the employer's leadership. It comprises three dimensions: affection, continuance, and normative commitment (Breaugh et al., 2018). In affection commitment, the fondness expressed by the employee for their job is the element of consideration. Typically, employees exhibit continuance commitment when they express their fear regarding the possibility of losing their jobs, whereas when they have a feeling of their job being their obligation, they exhibit normative commitment.
