What kinds of jobs are needed in an organization? 
An organization is a group of individuals or employees coming together with a specific purpose, such as a Business. Some critical jobs are needed for an organization to be stable and carry out this mandate. Chief Executive Officer: it is vital for an organization because he/she is the carrier of the mission, vision, and the company's direction; they see the bigger picture. Secondly, a Chief Operations officer focuses on the day-to-day company activities t help it achieve its competitive advantage. The role of a Chief Technology Officer can not be ignored, considering the technological growth experienced each day; they will help keep the organization on technological advancement checks from time to time. Finance being an essential item in the company's operation, it must have someone who keeps the accounting books in check, so a Finance Manager will be vital. The human resource manager is also crucial to help in recruitment selection, training, and general management of an organization's human capital. Other important jobs include a marketing manager for efficiency in marketing activities and a Customer Service representative who ensures a good relationship between the company and the clients is maintained.
