The integration of the Golden Age Hospital within the Mission Viejo community impacts the systems and structures within the hospital. Furthermore, this research concerns the elderly. A proposal to add services to the community include specialty service for the elderly, and special training for people to help take care of the elderly. The senior community should have special services and recreational facilities. The demographics are presented in the formal plan but is imperative to have a broad understanding of the needs of the community. Mission Viejo is a ideal location to build a community for seniors to thrive. This will be profitable for the community and helpful in the longevity of the elderly. The elderly is primarily in Ladera Ranch, which makes a better place for expansion and reorganization of current services. The program can also provide an opportunity for volunteers to learn about medical careers. Transportation services will also need to be expanded and can help elder can with social activities and appointments for medical services (Viejo, 020). This is all part of the goals which is to provide and extent the quality of life for the seniors in the area.
