Human Services Major
Human service is a broad professional discipline that incorporates many diverse grounds of practice. The overall aim of the integrated fields is to help society meet its basic needs, such as food, shelter, financial strength, and security. After acquiring knowledge of human services, professionals can obtain employment opportunities in mental health care units, community development, and societal functions. The human servicemen commit themselves to serve the community and improving their living conditions and standards, especially in areas deemed vulnerable. My role as a human serviceman is to assist individuals, families, and the community at large in overcoming various problems and helping them level-up their living standards.
My majors' degree in human service will impact significantly on individuals and society. I will help people in my community to exceed their alleged limits by allowing them to secure new academic and financial heights. By offering career development counselling services, they will be able to pursue diverse courses and, after that, excellently secure jobs and achieve financial independence. For low-income families, I will help them secure government funds for the vulnerable and organize them in groups for better collaboration in the future.
