The use of firewalls and antivirus software are the two most used methods of protecting information in the organization. They have proved to be extremely beneficial so far, since they are affordable, easy to use, and hence flexible (Shank et.al. 2014). The use of firewalls has been regarded as a magic bullet for the organization’s system administrator, since it has helped in the control of data accessibility even within the confines of the organization (Ellis & Vacca, 2005). This has therefore been advantageous in the essence that some kinds of access controls have been limited to the members of staff, depending on the security clearance levels of each.
It is indeed true that man is filling the airways with too many high frequency signals. There has been a significant increase in the number of devices and network connectivity in the world. There is still a high likelihood that this would continue in future due to the likely increase in the number of mobile phone users, businesses, TV and radio services, as well as wireless connectivity (American Cancer Society, 2016).
