The use of the internet and other innovative technological strategies has greatly improved the society, and especially the business world. This paper provides an analysis of some of the ways in which technology has changed and impacted the business world.

Technology has greatly impacted the workplace and businesses both positively and negatively. Some of the significant positive impacts of technology include the improvement of the ability of business to identify and connect with their customers. Also, businesses can keep track of their competition. The IT industry has undergone various changes especially in the banking system where apps have been developed such as mobile banking and online payment systems. This shows that the business world in the next years will be greatly advanced due to artificial intelligence (Kruse, 2013). The enhanced adoption of technology has created a culture of mixed reactions with somewhat reduced trust in leaders and reduced work commitment because people feel like the machines or technology is here to replace them...
