Precisely, the following are some of the ways to increase coordination both internally within the firm and externally with the customers and suppliers.

Keeping all the essential records and transaction between the firms, customers and suppliers are inevitable in ensuring proper coordination of activities among the parties. Similarly, firms' managers should ensure that in-depth documentation is done for the employees for the purpose of fostering strong coordination.
