As an administrator one should strive to ensure a perfectly effective process of prescription and issuance of drugs to the patients to avoid any mishaps. In this case Dr. White prescribes an unusual dose of medication Mr. Patterson, R.N, sees the order and believes that it is a wrong dose prescription, and immediately communicates to Dr. White to confirm whether it was a mistake but he insists that it is correct. Mr. Patterson still doubts and calls the administrator to confirm the unusual dose. The administrator must then confirm the correctness of the dose and give a verdict on the matter.
