Choose any one article (a specific case study) from any issue of the journal. Just as in past discussion boards - the goal here is to choose an article that someone else hasn't chosen (if possible) - and that really interests you!

Case Study of Team Sarah
Team Sarah was created to support a 10-year-old Sarah who desperately needed a lung transplant and had cystic fibrosis. According to the U.S policy, children were last in line for donor’s lungs from adults. Sarah’s parents were determined and wrote the message requesting people to help change the policy and save their daughter’s life. Team Sarah came up with strategies to generate awareness of Sarah’s case through extensive media outreach, social media campaigns, and government help. A temporary restraining order instructing suspension of DHHS policy in Sarah’s case was made by Judge Michael. It made it possible for Sarah to have a lung transplant, which was successful after two attempts. Whatever you are dealing with, young or old, just be yourself (Sarah’s advice to the public).

Strategic communication is the heart of all public relations in interpreting an organization’s vision, goals, and intention to its audience.
