Clarity - Can the reader understand an explanation? Fairness - Has the author presented opposing viewpoints fairly? Has he intentionally misrepresented the opposing viewpoint, or has he belittled his opposition?
Logic - Has the author adhered to the rules of logical thought? Evidence - Is the evidence presented relevant and reliable?
Authority - Does the author refer to another authority? Is that authority reliable?
Interest - Does it hold the reader's interest?

Summary
The first major point is the decline in the number of students who registered for the CPA exam, from a record of 102,323 in 2016 to 95,654 in 2017.
