Write about your personal relationship to music. How did it begin? Is there a record store you visited as a kid? Is there an early musical encounter that inspired you? Are you from a household that played a lot of music growing up? Do you (or did you) play an instrument? How many years did you study the instrument? If you don’t come from a musical background, what interested you about this course? Why does music appeal to you and why do you want to learn more about it?source..
My Relationship to Music
While I used to enjoy music at a very young age, I did not understand musical concepts such as genre, tempo, rhythm, or dynamics. I was also not interested in knowing who the artists were or the titles of the tracks. As I turned six, I became more concerned about trivial details about the music that frequently played in our home while I was growing up. Using my iPad, I could purchase and download the tracks according to the genre they belonged to and the artists’ albums from iTunes music store.
