How do parents influence the behavior of children between 2yrs-6yrs old?
For parents, it is important to leave a positive, ever-lasting impact on their children in their early years. Both mother and father have to understand that their children aging from 2 to 6 years consider them their role models, so teaching them good manners, humbleness and friendliness is as important as providing them with quality food and drinks. Good parenting happens when children are taught how to communicate with others in a good way, and the actions and reactions of parents will always influence the growing minds of children (Berger, & Lanahan, 2016).
Your companion’s 1-year-old daughter is babbling but your son, at 1.2 years, is silent. Is there something wrong with him? Instead of ignoring the children in such circumstances, you should predict what’s going on in their mind and if they have any physical problem, it should be addressed as soon as possible. Showing them utmost love, affection and attention and developing a strong bond with them will surely influence their behavior in future (Donatella, & Arace, 2016).
What can parents provide to their child between 2yrs-6yrs old to enhance their physical development?
Providing your child (between 2-to-6 years old) with healthy food is not enough; parents have to do a lot more for their little ones to help them grow well and become responsible citizens of tomorrow. For example, they can provide them with toys: boys should be given toy cars, and girls should be given moving dolls. Such toys will definitely help them enhance their physical development (Choi, & Ho-Soon, 2015).
Meanwhile, parents should make time for the children to be active and that’s only possible when they bring them to a nearby park every evening. Besides all these day-to-day practices, parents should help their children get enough sleep and make arrangements accordingly. Even when your child is going to school and has a lot of homework to do, you should help him finish the homework ASAP and allow him to take sleep for at least eight hours. Preschool and playgroups are where they will learn a lot about how to strengthen their bodies and minds (Feldman, & Landry, 2017).
How can parents enhance their child between 2yrs-6yrs old social environment?
The social environment is what will determine the future and career prospects of a child. If you raise your children up in a socially and morally strong environment, you can be assured of his safe and bright future. For parents, it is important to pay attention to the social environment their kids are being raised in. They should allow their children to develop relationships with their classmates and neighbors. Similarly, keeping a pet at home can help the child develop emotionally and socially (Berger, & Lanahan, 2016).
Language barriers or obstacles should be removed during this process, and you should allow your children to communicate with companions and understand their emotions.
