Randy’s Personal History
Randy is a 40 years old man with resentment management concerns. The issue has affected his performance both at work and at home. He admits to being a tempered person who is irritated when things do not align with his plans. At work, he expects his colleague to fall under his authority by extending working hours to the weekend. As a result, he is more offended because Lou opts to go camping with his family instead of reducing the workload ahead of them. Likewise, his children fear Randy because of his strictness at home. His wife is also annoyed with him because he is obsessed with work that limits his family time. Thus, Randy has anger management issues that require attention to regulate his emotions.

Randy's anger concerns cause problems in his workplace, family, and society. At his workplace, he is facing the probability of suspension or termination of his contract. He verbally confronts Lou to let him know of his responsibility for lagging behind their project. Besides, he does not have a good relationship with his children. He sets his family’s discipline standards so high that his children begin to fear him. Her wife is also not content with his treatment of the family. Lastly, Randy cannot have a healthy relationship with society as a whole because of his perfectionist nature. Humans are prone to err and require compassion to create room for their imperfections. Hence, Randy cannot have a healthy relationship that has no room for mistakes.
