Other (Not Listed) Instructions:

Overview
Now that you’ve developed a list of resources, a budget, a list of tasks, and a timeline, it’s time to check in again with your customer(s). In this activity, imagine you’ve just finished up a Progress Review Meeting with your customer(s) where you discussed the current status of the project, project progress, and any troubleshooting that has occurred. Now, you need to write a follow-up email to go over what was discussed in the meeting. You will write a professional email to the customer(s) of your project, recapping the progress report you delivered in your meeting.
Instructions
Before beginning this activity, make sure you have:
Reviewed the report outline from section 13.1 in your textbook
For this activity, complete the following:
Follow the report outline from section 13.1 in your textbook to write a follow-up email, recapping an imagined Progress Review meeting you had with your customer(s). There is not a template for this assignment, so you will need to create your own document.
In your email, include and highlight the following eight key terms from the textbook, using each term correctly and in a professional context:
Choose any key term from chapters 1 through 9
“Project stakeholders” and “ethics” from chapter 10
“Project vision” from chapter 11
“Met expectations” from chapter 12
“Project performance,” “baseline,” and “compare plan vs actual” from chapter 13
Your email should be clear, well-organized, and formatted according to SWS style. Your email should be between 300 and 500 words, and should use accurate grammar, mechanics, and spelling.
Submit your assignment by uploading the completed template document to Blackboard in Week 8.

Garage Project Progress Report (E-mail)
To: Stakeholders,
From: Project Manager
Dear Stakeholders,
Re: Garage Project Progress Report
Submitted here is a summary of the Progress Report of the above-referenced project. If you have any questions regarding the report based on our last meeting or require any additional information, feel free to contact our office.
According to the project vision, the subject project is Garage Construction, which will act as both a garage and a place to work that requires flat areas and storing tools and materials. This project included a lot of digging, especially the foundations and trenches, as the initial phase (Lock, 305). Much of the work is complete. This activity will ensure that both the foundation and trench work has met expectations according to the local construction agency. Speaking of the trench and foundation, please look forward to a couple of pictures in the coming days and a report from the local inspection agency, which will give a detailed analysis of the project's progress.
We have timbers for the roof, door frames, and doors cut. The construction of the door frames is underway. We thought making the door frames was straightforward and will be over in a few days, ...
