Autocratic leadership
Individual dominance over all decisions and little engagement from team members describe autocratic leadership, also known as authoritarian leadership. Autocratic leaders frequently accept suggestions from co-workers and make judgments on their own beliefs and ideas. Autocratic leadership is defined by absolute, authoritarian control over a group. Like all other leadership styles, the autocratic leadership style has benefits and drawbacks.
Entrepreneurial leadership
Entrepreneurial leadership is a philosophy that emphasizes strategic risk management and dynamic, changing systems as a means of achieving success. As individuals and as a group, entrepreneurial leaders seek new chances to innovate. Under entrepreneurial leadership, leaders are driven primarily by a desire to create social, environmental, and economic opportunities.
