As if human resource professionals' jobs weren't complicated enough, in many organizations with overseas business units or workplaces, HR must deal with the respective laws, customs, and cultures; moving employees overseas and back; and providing strategic leadership in environments which may look very different than in the United States.

The human resource department in the companies have to establish overseas positives workplace culture and environment. The HR department has to follow and fulfill the legal requirements when employing global people. For instance, they should protect the business as well as employees. Besides, employees should have proper workers' compensation schemes regardless of working conditions. It helps employees to have proof of loyalty in the business functioning structure. The directors and officers of the company should have a general liability to safeguard employees from potential issues with the customers.
An employee engagement plan is critical to the company`s success. The company should have no bound to employees' traditions and culture towards engagement in the company`s activities....
