Leadership experience and leadership attributes are vital factors in finding out the qualities that a leader is likely to have. Examples of these factors include; reflection, openness to experience and agreeableness not forgetting neuroticism. One can possess all these factors and also fail to be a good leader or a good manager. Also lacking one or two of these factors does not mean one cannot make a good leader or manager. What is Important is how to combine the factors to be an excellent manager or a leader. This paper will explain how a leader or manager should use each of the above factors in order to give the best.
