13. Competitive Advantage.
The essence and importance of the uniqueness of the business, is that it gives it a competitive advantage over competitors. According to PCG (2013), competitive advantage is not just about the product or the service, but about the holistic manner in which the business conducts its operations. Its leadership comes first as an advantage, as it relies on visionary leadership. Secondly is the plans in place to get into strategic alliances with other businesses.
Banks usually offer advice on how to manage business finance to avoid filing for bankruptcy due to mismanagement of funds. The most challenging parts of managing business finance is selling goods on credit. This implies that your sells journal shows that there were sales made but your bank accounts have no money. In order to attract customers in all schools we are going to install one e-board learning for free as a sign of good faith and a way of giving back to a community for each school that orders more than 10 e-boards.
We are going to look for a comprehensive insurance cover that caters for damages while goods are on transit, damages that will occur on installation by X-infinite Company and the insurance cover should also cover the one year warranty policy that the company will employ ones operations begin. We are ready to incur an insurance cost of $3,800 annually for the first five years. This is with the possibility of looking for a more fitting cover since we will have experience on the most effective cover.
If the one in effect will be effective there will be no need to change it but if sales increase we will have to change the insurance cover. A comprehensive product promotion which covers all advertising cost, personnel education fees will be required to ensure that we do not incur any unnecessary charges. We estimate a total amount of $12,700 annually that will cover all media advertising and all personalized educational seminars for X-Infinite installation team on how best to handle the goods.
