RE: Report on the Stock Loss in the Production Section
I do hereby kindly report on the stock loss in the Production Section following realization that there has been theft cases in the Section. I realized this, last week on Friday April 14, 2012 during an investigation following the counter output drop.
Being the personnel in-charge of the Production Section, I set up an investigation after the counter output details showed a gradual decrease. This happens, when there are no changes, alterations or hinge in the normal operations in the production. This report entails my thorough investigation that I could carry out including how I did it. It also contains findings on how the theft happens, the suspects, and then the possible suggestions I’m bringing to your attention that are to be implemented to seize the vice.
My investigations involved private and confidential inquiries from some honest casuals. Following my investigations, it is to my realization that they are some casuals that are taking away some products with them. This is seriously true especially for the night shifts where there are partial or no security checks at the exit. Therefore, I suggest immediate actions taken to correct this situation that might work against the pursuit of the Company’s goals, objectives and mission.
Enclosed, please find the copy of the Memo on the same, for your perusal, and thereafter possible advice. I look forward for your response to enable me utilize my position abilities in this Company for a better TBC tomorrow.
