Essay Instructions:

After reading this week's two papers, summarize the main points of the readings using your own words.
What did you learn from the article? Do you agree or disagree with the author? Do you have any other opinions, ideas, or questions about the article?
I have submitted the last reading/summary for the semester. I requested you again.
Also, would you be willing to help on the final? It's just like we did for the mid term. I will send you all the readings to review ahead of time, you have worked on all of them except one, you were unavailable at the time. I would work on this Friday, December 16. Let me know if you are available. It's short essays, there is no minimum word count, it just has to have the content of the question. We have 3 1/2 - 4 hours to work on it. I will have more details later this week.

The author makes clear arguments that females play significant roles in the family model. However, women have to be committed to achieving great things and will be required to have a work-life balance and spend time with their families.
In my opinion, the author is right that women make significant contributions to their families. I feel like Slaughter talks about how many females in high positions or powerful jobs perceive themselves. Despite the great achievements, admiration from others, and role models for girls in society, these individuals feel like there is something off when they do not spend enough time with their families...
