The first stage of ADDIE, analysis, focuses on determining what needs to be done to address a performance gap (Kopp, 2014). A training need that could be helpful in my current job position is a teamwork training course. My workplace relies on teams to develop staffing forecasts and schedules. A training course on teamwork can go a long way in improving our performance. Furthermore, we’re required to collaborate with the operations team to deliberate on key drivers and staffing requirements.
