This is a management strategy that is developed to help identify critical processes in an organization and combine, unifying, and coordinating the activities to facilitate the organization's success. Integration is particularly when two different organization organizations are involved in delivering similar services since the firms are needed to manage and direct both human and material resources effectively.
Integration in management offers a plan which is ideal for facilitating other activities that are critical in an organization such as budgeting, scheduling of activities.
