Today, the labor markets are characterized by the increased number of labor unions. The emergence, growth, and development of these unions are attributed to an increased number of injustices in the work environment. So far, labor unions have done a tremendous job in ensuring that work-related problems have been addressed. After achieving this objective, many of these labor unions are in danger of losing their relevance. Therefore, there is a need to examine different strategies that are likely to ensure that unions continue to grow. According to Peetz, Pocock, and Houghton (2007), recent studies that membership in labor unions is continuously declining. This decline is attributed to factors such as market decline, technology, and globalization. As the decline continues, many organizations have been unsuccessful in organizing and mobilizing workers. Therefore, a new approach to their method is recommended. According to Haynes and Allen (2001), the partnership has often been considered one of the critical strategies for developing labor unions' development growth. However, in the case of labor unions, partnership entails cooperating with various stakeholders at different levels.
