We get our tapped water at home from Ground Water Supply System, which is a public water supply company. The water supply company is managed by the New York City Environmental Protection Department. This is the main reason why most people in our area prefer to use their water. Another reason is that the water supply is regular and at subsidized rates. The water is from underground wells situated in different locations. The wells are maintained well to ensure clean and safe water for human use and consumption.
