Leaders must encourage and inspire their teams to be more productive and satisfied in their jobs. Compensation and performance evaluations should be carried out consistently to ensure consistency and reliability. People join groups for a variety of reasons, and leaders must recognize and accommodate this fact. Communicating well is critical when it comes to resolving conflicts within groups and organizations. It also helps to be courteous and friendly to others and express gratitude to them when they deserve it.
Some of the most common conflicts in healthcare are those that occur inside teams and can entail strong language (threats, yelling, profanity), blaming, a breakdown in communication, or disruptive behavior. In all of these situations, our superiors' response is to validate the occurrence. It is possible to accomplish this through investigation, interview, and consultation. After that, each side will be asked to participate in a brief discussion in which they will be asked about what happened and whether or not they believe they were at blame. The conversation would be informal and non-judgmental. Next, the superior will convene a meeting where the two disagreeing parties, individuals or organizations, will discuss the incident to resolve the disagreement.
