The environment of health work is getting better with the help of skilled nursing managers. The nurse managers play a vital role in providing services and care to the patients. The health issues and complexities are increasing with the passage of time. It is impossible to provide safe, effective, and advanced healthcare facilities without the involvement and contribution of healthcare leaders. Strengths and Weaknesses
