The most challenging area of math I identified is language math. This area is overwhelming, especially in a case where the students do not understand the terminologies. One of the strategies that can help students with language math is letting the students guide the teacher through the steps (Guerrero, 2021). This enables the students to understand the math better as they attempt to explain it to the educator. Another strategy is the Pictionary game, enabling the students to understand the content better.

I think it is better to teach math using pencil and paper because it enhances the communication process and the interaction between the educator and the students. Such enables the students to understand concepts better and question where they do not understand (Cameto et al., 2019). Technology is not as effective as pencil and paper in enhancing communication and interactions between the student and the educator.
