Summary
Educators are responsible for motivating their students to help them achieve their aspirations in life. To do this, they must understand and know how to influence the students. Often, the teachers consult other people, such as their colleagues, to provide them with strategies and techniques for inspiring their students. Although this action is convenient, it is primarily unreliable and does not provide adequate scientific support. The recommendations are frequently misleading, deeming these ineffective. Therefore, educators need to engage in action research, a systematic inquiry about the environment, school operations, and the students’ learning process. It is prepared and completed by the teachers, and this can be done in classrooms by observing their students while utilizing their structural materials. It allows the teachers to organize their practice and support the students in realizing their goals. Furthermore, it encourages the educators to collaborate and reflect together to improve the overall practice in an institution (Mertler, 2020).

Student motivation is one of the main problems encountered by educators in the school. This prevents the students from doing anything, making them unproductive.
