Leadership Influenced by One's Values and Purpose in Life

I believe our values and purpose in life are what define us. The values that I hold dear that have been integral in almost every aspect of my life are integrity, fairness, and justice. Integrity, in this case, means that I am honest with myself about my behaviors and actions, and I extend this to the people around me. I believe integrity has been the dominant value that has guided me so far and will continue to be important in the future. Being honest with myself has helped chart a career path that I am satisfied with, and right now, I can clearly see where I would be in the next few years. While now I am working as a supervisor of workforce management, I see myself becoming a human resource manager in about three years. ...
