Identify and discuss, for each country, the customary benefits organizations provide their employees in those countries.
In your discussion, compare these countries with what organizations in the United States provide employees.
Topics to include in your comparison will include, but not limited to, health insurance benefits, wages, and paid time off. When sharing and comparing the countries, make sure you include information as to why. For example, if the income tax rate is extremely high, organizations might tend to offer X benefit.
Next, you want identify what these countries might do better and what might US organization do better.
Finally, make a recommendation as to 1) which country your organization should consider entering and 2) what benefits and wage practices would you recommend and would these benefits be the same as to what you offer employees in the United States.
Please keep in mind that what you provide in your paper must support your recommendations. For example, in France, if you take public transportation to and from work, the company must pay 50% of their monthly transportation pass. This is something that might work for your organization here in the United States, especially in larger cities that encourage using mass transit, but you need to make sure you explain why if you did not already share this in the body of your paper.

Customary employees' benefits are the different gains that employers are expected to give to their employees when working in their organization (Kumar & Pandey, 2017). Different countries have various costmary benefits that an organization is likely to give to the employee. The benefits are so significant that the employee can sue the company if they feel their benefits are ignored (Kumar & Pandey, 2017). This paper will be able to analyze the benefits that India and Austria give to their employees. It will also compare the benefit of the two countries to that of America to choose the best country to expand their business quickly.
Different countries have different benefits that they expect employers to give to the employees. The privileges include the health benefit, flexible working time, mobility allowances, paid leave, fitness allowance, and many others (Kumar & Pandey, 2017). Below are the different benefits and how they are implemented in Austria, India, and America.
* Health Insurance
Austria
99% of Austrian workers enjoy the benefits of health insurance. It is the employer's responsibility to ensure that all their employees have a comfortable health insurance payment plan (Soder & Peer, 2017). The government of Austria and the Federal is also helpful because it pays part of the workers' insurance amount. The cover gives the employees the chance to receive free in-patient and out-patient treatment. The employer must secure the insurance package that covers normal sickness, accidents, and maternity expenses.
India
The government of India expects each employee to be covered in terms of medication. The payment is spread between the employee, the employer, and the government. The employee is expected to pay 1% of their wages, and the employer pays 3% of the salaries for 24 months (Ahuja, 2021). In a situation where one has a daily income of Rs. 137/ they are exempted from paying, giving the government and the employer the entire burden of catering for the insurance. The purpose is to provide a practical sickness benefit of between 70% to 100% payment of the different medical conditions (Ahuja, 2021).
America
Americans find health insurance to be the most important benefit an employer can give the employees. The American government provides the employer with different medical cover options to choose the organization's affordable option (Ronda & Valor, 2018). Due to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) provision, the government ensures the package is good enough to solve the medical issues of the patient and the family (Linnan & Cluff, 2019).
* Flexible Working Hours
Austria
Austria believes in giving its workers working hours that are manageable easily. The country believes that employees are more productive if they work for fewer hours than more hours (Soder & Peer, 2017). The 30 hours per week rule is what works in Australia. The employers spread the working hours in four days giving the employees three days to rest in a week (Soder & Peer, 2017). Trusting in the employees is the secret that employers use to ensure the workload's delivery quickly.
