SWOT referred to strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. SWOT analysis is a structured planning method that evaluates these four elements in a business venture or project. It is a strategic planning tool that helps a business owner identify possible advantages and disadvantages, opportunities, and threats which could be witnessed practical business situation (Shariatmadari et al., 2013). SWOT analysis uncovers a wealth of information when conducted thoroughly. Strengths and weaknesses are known internal factors affecting business operation while opportunities and threats are external. This paper will walk you through how my self-SWOT analysis relates to my Christian faith.
I am an expert in business managerial issues. This expertise has enabled me to manage my business and finance effectively, a factor that has promoted the success of my business. I support proper after sales services that my competitors do not offer, including free transportation of goods bought in bulk, providing discounts on selected products and packing goods sold. These services alone lure customers to come for the products we provide frequently. The good business-customer relations between my business and clients has improved interaction between us and through inquiry, the business has been able to establish customers preferences and is working towards it to satisfy the customers fully.
As a Christian, I embrace honesty in my business whenever dealing with clients and in return, I have gained their trust, (Wood & Heslam, 2014). This has seen the business make genuine profits for hiking prices and not introducing petty, unnecessary charges. My unique skills in sales and marketing have enabled me to market the products we provide to potential customers. From failures in the past business ventures, I have experiences in how ignorance and poor management impact negatively on business. These experiences have led to proper decision making for the business success.
My business lacks enough resources required to run the business smoothly. Inadequate capital hinders the business from expanding while financial constraints limit the business' ability to employ or hire professionals.
