Chapter 7
Conflicts cause a lot of stress among employees in an organization. Conflicts can be related to compensation, bullying, or other claims. In some cases, conflicts might arise in a group of employees who are pursuing incompatible objectives. To find a constrict way to solve conflicts between different groups, managers should pay attention to the concerns of every individual and maintain an organization hierarchy (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart & Wright, 2007). Managers should also establish particular job roles and responsibilities for the employees. This will minimize conflicts.
I am a mixture of Kinesthetic and an auditory learner. This is because I can learn effectively while listening and learning. Sometimes I depend speaking and listening as the primary method of learning.
