Conflict Resolution of Ethical Issues in Faith-Based Organizations
Differences in beliefs are very much common in society. It demonstrates the diverse beliefs, culture, behavior, etc., that make an individual the person that he/she is. However, there are instances that these differences create conflicts in places such as work. Aside from the usual challenges that are present in the workplace, ethical issues are also a concern, more so in faith-based organizations and businesses. Ethical Training and Support
Faith-based organizations have ethical training and support for the employees. This is to promote uniformity in the expectations and regulations in the organization while also encouraging inclusion even for people with different religious affiliations or levels of personal spirituality. Organizations with ethical training and support are associated with employees who are more committed to their workplace environment. This may be concerni...
