Relationship Between Blood Pressure and Gas Laws
Gas laws describe the relationship between pressure, volume, and temperature for gases. These relationships predict what will happen to a gas when one of these variables is changed. The relationship between blood pressure and gas laws is explainable through the concepts of Boyle’s law, Charles’ law, and Gay-Lussac’s law. These laws are related by their dependence on temperature and pressure.
The factors affecting gas laws, which include volume, pressure, and temperature, also affect blood flow. During high temperatures, an individual would have low blood pressure because the heat causes blood vessels to expand.
