This course has been quite informative; has helped me to better focus my efforts towards what I love and how best to achieve it. Being a human resource technician, is a career that best fits my personality and abilities professionally and personally. Having gone through the course, there have been some changes to the aspirations that I have had and what I now plan to achieve. From the Excelsior college online platform, I have come across some intriguing insights that have further assisted me in making a profound choice for my career path.
After evaluating the various options courses on offer, the tools that are on the college site and self-evaluating my aspirations and personality, I have changed my goals. As such, the course has in part reinforced my personality and changed my goals in terms of a career. I now want to pursue my education in the field of administration and management studies.
There were quite a number of resources that I discovered on the college website that include the Study Time Management, which has videos on how best to manage time. Setting up a proper schedule that helps allocate time to various tasks. The other tool is the Distance Learning which is crucial relative to organizing academic goals especially in light of the busy schedules and the disruptions of the military life and career.
