There is no denying that while operating his truck, Dixie committed a big mistake. She was representing Express Delivery as the truck belonged to them. Fazio can file a complaint against Express Delivery as well as Dixie, showing his injuries to the police. The issue was raised due to Dixie’s negligence and carelessness, and cannot be justified at any cost. The requirements of the negligence are mentioned below:
* A casual relationship between injuries to Fazio and carelessness of Dixie.
* The damages caused to Fazio because of the carelessness or negligence of the truck driver.
In either way, Dixie can be dragged to the court where Fazio can prove how the female truck driver became a reason for his pain and injuries.

In this case, the intellectual property at issue is copyright. Hua had no right to copy and sell the new Iron Man adventure without the written permission of Marvel Comics. All the publishers reserve the right to file complaints against people who steal their materials and tend to gain popularity using their ideas. Hua can be in the position to publish the novel with his name only when the owner allows him to do that. Otherwise, neither he nor anyone else can create authentic-looking Iron Man graphic novels. A case is likely to be filed against him, and the court will conclude the case in the original publisher’s favor. Selling of stolen materials or copied content is not tolerable at any cost; if Hua had done it and generated many revenues out of the Iron Man novel’s sales, the company’s reputation would have damaged to an extent. Instead of stealing someone’s materials, Hua can achieve success by bringing forth something unique.
