The major problem with the organization is the inadequate number of nurses or nursing personnel. While it is a common problem for most other medical institutions, it is particularly a grey area in the institution due to the notably high annual nurses’ turnover. These nurses usually leave due to either the decision of the management, such as being fired, or their own in search of other opportunities elsewhere (Vogus, Cooil, Sitterding, & Everett, 2014). It constitutes a very huge portion of skilled labor lost, and to some extent, not a very good picture to see colleagues leave.
This affects our efforts to maintain a high quality of the services which is our main goal. Our facility follows a specific quality protocol set to help maintain higher standards.
