There are numerous external and internal ways of disseminating evidence-based projects. Nevertheless, Addis (2015) argues that the method applied to disseminate any EBP project should enhance the comprehension of the proposed interventions. In this regard, I would use the hospital board as the internal method to disseminate the proposed EBP. Generally, hospital boards consist of several people representing the nurses, physicians, and other employees who are engaged in patient care. As a result, the face-to-face method of communication will be used since it enhances interaction among the board members. Such thorough interactions will allow the board members to identify the reasons behind the ineffective use of PPEs and possible interventions.
