Jack Case Study
67-year-old Jack has a height of 71" and his weight is 251 lb. His body fat percentage is 36 percent. He is visually impaired but not completely blind. He came to me a few days ago as he wanted me to design a training program that could help Jack reduce the percentage of his body fat. He has been chronically obese for most of his life, and he walks about 15 minutes on a daily basis.
The Training Program for Jack
I want Jack to come to my clinic and the gym for the next four weeks (Bushman, 2013). He should be here Monday to Friday and will have to spend 3 to 4 hours with me while doing some exercises and getting his heartbeat, body fat percentage, and blood pressure checked.
