Describe the vertical and horizontal dimensions of this organization. Describe the authority/responsibility relationships that will present in this organization. 
The three founding doctors would have the authority and responsibility to make major decisions at the hospital the doctors have authority over the other staff members and responsibility to customers. The doctors are at the top of the hierarchy in the vertical dimension of the organization structure, with supervisors and the middle managers at the lower level. The horizontal dimension is division of roles among the obstetrician (helped by the clinical nurse practitioner), a gynecologist, and an urology specialist and the support staff (Baack & Fischer, 2013).Should this practice become centralized, decentralized, mechanistic, or organic in its design? Defend your answer. 
The decentralization organization structure is the most suitable for the organization, since the three physicians have their own powers in the hospital. The units carry out their activities allowing for flexibility when there is a need for change. Nonetheless, it is expected that they will coordinate their activities, even as they delegate their decisions to their junior workers.
