Why I deserve a pay raise and promotionName:Institution:
I am aware that in this competition only ONE employee per department will receive the raise and/or promotion. I would therefore like to justify why I am that employee from my department. This is related to my experience, creativity, dedication, and added skills.
As a marketing manager, my mode of service provision has always made get ahead and always stayed ahead. One of the most important of these strategies for me is continually asking for more and more responsibilities. I have been an active volunteer for most of the assignments which other colleagues felt they should be delegated to specific employees. An example is the just concluded international conference that we just held in our department. When the department called for facilitators and interpreters, majority from my department turned down the offer since they were no remuneration for these. Willingly, I voluntarily offered myself for the task. The effect of this is that I ended up establishing more networks that today benefits the whole company in terms of sales and marketing for our products. Specifically, last week I invited a new friend to our company who ended up purchasing 50% of all the products which were stored.
