Children Language Development

Hi this is a speech presentation, so please write a speech transcript for me to present.
The speech content should be focus on the article that I uploaded. "Closing the 30 Million Word Gap: Next Steps in Designing Research to Inform Practice" The perspective should be from future educators's perspective, and focus on CHILD language DEVELOPMENT.
Requirements:
1page to summarize the article and please place a * before each point (since i have to create the powerpoint according to your transcript, * is easier for me to categorize), you don't have to conclude all the content, but the important fact. such as the point that demonstrated why this topic is important to study and focus on since the article give the fact that "...vocabulary disparities between children in poverty and their higher income peers during the 1st years of life." and language is important etc...Just summarize the profound point! You can find an article about why this issues should be addressed, the vocabulary disparities between poverty country and developed country you can find the numbers or chart and so on.
Or you can find an article that address how language is important for infants and how it affect their later cognitive development, so that's why we need to take action to help children develop language abilities.
Note: the additional article should be about vocabulary and children in early years, 0-12months(infants), no more than 2 years.
