Hi, this order requires you to summarize a two-page speech for me based on the previous order. The requirements for the presentation are below.

a. The team will be given 30 minutes to make the Oral Presentation, plus 15 minutes
for Q and A.
b. The Oral Presentation is the “moment of truth” — a time for seeing how the team’s
ideas “fly”, for defending the team’s conclusions and observations in the face of
possible skepticism and for gaining recognition for a “job well done”. It also
provides a context for obtaining Sponsor Organization’s acceptance of the
recommendations and for gaining commitment from the Sponsor Organization to
take actions.
c. The team should have a clear sense at the outset of what messages it wants to get
across, the agenda from start to finish, the staging (e.g. room set-up, use of visuals)
and the presentation style. Knowing who will be present, the team should take time
before the meeting to anticipate and plan for responses from the audience.
d. The Oral Presentation should not simply repeat the whole Written Report as the team
should safely assume that assessors have read the Written Report before the Oral
Presentation.

With a large size of staff and scattered job assignments, internal management of staff is the key issue with our Sponsor Organization, HEA Garden HK Restaurant. Employees feel that the management is chaotic and workers are not united as a team. The company lacks a detailed reward requirement for the whole restaurant leading to no motivation among workers. This leads to high management cost that accounts for almost half of the investment of the company. We propose to help the company improve the efficiency of international personnel management to reduce costs through an effective reward system that will encourage both individuals and teams at HEA Garden HK Restaurant.
Approaches such as building rewards to motivate employees and build a certain corporate culture are informed by the theory of Hybrid Reward Structures. Since the restaurant is divided into Chinese and Western food departments, we treat the employees separately as two teams and leaderships and apply the theory to solve the management problem at the company.
Industry and academic literature show that companies with a strong reward system achieve better financial results than those with weaker reward systems, highlighting the need for a well-crafted reward system. A reward structure strongly relies on the level of team task interdependence in an organization. One type of reward approach may be beneficial for motivating teams while another for individuals.
