Readiness for Learning: The principal factors for emotional readiness are the presence of a support system, individual motivation, anxiety level, and risk-taking behavior. Conversely, experiential readiness can be proven to vial the individual’s orientation, cultural background, coping mechanisms, level of aspiration, and locus of control (Rerke et al., 2019; Kitchie, n.d.).
