Guiding Research Questions
While the rewards programs industry has been booming ever since it started, the number of consumers who subscribe to such programs have unsurprisingly increased due to the advent of the internet. However, due to the recent news that circulated around the net about data leaks brought about by hackers, a lot of prospective clients have become anxious about these rewards programs. In light of this, our research would focus on understanding this anxiety that the consumers feel, which could then help in increasing the market share of rewards programs these days. Some of the main questions that would be used to guide our research would be;
1 How does the number of fields required (in personal information) affect the consumers’ feelings about the rewards programs?
