Starbucks Corporation (STBX) is a coffee company serving the globe in diversified coffeehouse chains. It has been noted that the company is the largest in the world with the brand operating in more than sixty two countries (Nash par. 2). Dunkin’ Donuts (DD) is a competitor company to Starbucks Corporation; the two companies serve the globe. Dunkin’ Donuts particularly is a doughnut company with chains of coffeehouses ("Dunkin' Donuts, America Runs on Dunkin" 30).

Starbucks brand targets the consumers of cold and hot beverages, snacks, whole bean coffee, full leaf teas, micro ground instant coffee, packaged foods, sandwiches, tumblers, mugs and pastries.
